Each player is permitted to maintain only one active eeejl account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein. 4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your eeejl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
4.2 eeejl strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
4.3 You must notify eeejl immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. eeejl will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
4.4 eeejl will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from eeejl that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.5 eeejl reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted.
eeejl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. eeejl does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified eeejl account. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. eeejl aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within one business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times.
eeejl reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or money laundering, or where a player's account is under review. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and may be reported to Philippine law enforcement authorities.
All transactions on the eeejl platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). eeejl is not responsible for any currency conversion fees that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
6.1 eeejl may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
6.3 eeejl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their participation.
6.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to claim bonuses multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts or other means will be treated as a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6.5 eeejl reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, collusion with other players, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
7.1 All games available on the eeejl platform — including slots, live baccarat, blackjack, roulette, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eeejl platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:
9.1 All content on the eeejl platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of eeejl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the eeejl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.
9.3 The eeejl name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of eeejl. You may not use any eeejl trademark without prior written consent.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, eeejl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
10.2 eeejl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. eeejl will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10.3 eeejl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit eeejl's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13.3 If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and eeejl, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. eeejl will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Where the dispute relates to a gaming transaction regulated by PAGCOR, the matter may also be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.
14.4 Nothing in this section shall prevent eeejl from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
